The INBO App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from bugs, but we actively work to resolve issues promptly.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiaviSunTechna Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
